After dinner this thing will rise right up to over your ears!! — 7 years ago
Keith's annual fino dinner where I over drink carbon dated sherry. Dry start and finish with rockstar spunk. Very mineral. Special barrel at the end of the line with the oldest wine in the entire solera. — 8 years ago

Lovely manzanilla but not mindblowing by any means. I look forward to trying more en rama versions from this bodega. — 7 years ago
Color dorado, en nariz buena potencia, notas minerales, salinidad. En boca entrada ligera, paso muy agradable y en el final le falta redondeo pero muy agradable. — 8 years ago
Beautiful Manzanilla, not overly tropical.
Rides the line between nutty and Saline.

Very orange/brown. Big butterscotch, banana nose with an intensely saline palate. Yumm. Equipo has been wonderful, up and down the line.

Exceptional single-vineyard Manzanilla. Bone dry with an agile depth and weight. After 12-14 years in the solera this has a nearly endless finish. Aged manchego, chorizo, Andalusian tripe - versatile and dramatically lovely — 7 years ago
Spring 2016 saca. Delicious! — 8 years ago

The Pasadas are a particular favorite of mine. Funkier manzanilla, and with a heavy winter coat of flor, even more.
N:Salt water taffy, salt water, almonds, while flowers.
P: Bone dry, achingly so, not even a hint of wood, all seashore grass and pith. Hinting at fruit. All it’s own. — 3 years ago
