Salty, tart bomb, with some limestone on the palate. — 7 years ago
The added sweetness of this Shows well. Love the salty component, with typical caramel. — 8 years ago
Salty, acidic and deliciously spiced. A lot to chew on! — 9 years ago
I love this wine. Light, fresh, summery, salty. Easy to drink but good with seafood, too. Just very refreshing. #txakolina #basque #spain — 9 years ago
Refreshing, love the acidity + salty tang. Lime and lemon zest. Great summer wine on a warm day! — 10 years ago
2013 vintage-Beautiful salmon-gold color. Salty smoke, strawberry, yellow and bing cherry nose/palate with dried herbs, smoke, red apple peel, nectarine and a touch of cheese rind. Needs raw salmon sashimi or Jamon Iberico. — 10 years ago
Beautifully aged. Round citrus notes, chalk, candied pineapple on the nose. A lovely mouthful of briny, citrus-y salty goodness, brimming with acidity and verve. Top class. — 11 years ago
Salty, lightly effervescent, minerality, acid — 6 years ago
Can’t really find in the states, but man is it good. Has a slight salty finish and I could drink this all day. — 7 years ago

My first fino. I love the salty taste! — 9 years ago
2014. Another reminder that Assyrtiko reminds me of Albariño. Nice weight, fleshy, mild fruit, leesy and intensely sea salty. #PassTheOyster — 10 years ago
Peat moss, caramel, and smoke. I can't believe this is from Japan. Phenomenal 'pure malt whisky.' — 11 years ago
Have always adored these wines. Traditional, full of soul and character. Would never call this 15 years old, fresh as a daisy. Ripe citrus, grilled pineapple, golden apple, iodine, anchovy, damp earth, mushroom, spring honey, tarte tartin, herbs. The warmth of the year is present in its upfront fruit, but it all departs salty mineral with persistent cut. — 5 years ago
Notes of citrus zest, saline, a bit salty and just a tad oxidative but not as much as typical savagnin. — 7 years ago
Salty bright fruit. Reminiscent of vermentino on the palate. Rich up front but cleans up big time. $13.49 — 7 years ago
Who says that Ungi Blanc won't age? Lovely fruit of orange, lemon zest and green apple with just a hint of spice. Juicy, slightly salty flavor profile with pear fruit. Slighly untcous finish. — 8 years ago

My favorite of Lamy’s wines. Fresh, focused and with sharp acidity, ripe citrus fruits, crushed oyster shells, white flowers and hints of salty sea spray with ample mid-palate concentration. Finishes with very good length and precision. — 5 years ago
