Very nice Rosé from The Sablet Cooperative — 8 years ago
Everything I liked in the Sablet Blanc but with a lighter styled body. Deemed crushable by my tasting group...that is if you have the weekly budget to crush white Chateauneuf. If you do then I wanna hang with you sometime. — 8 years ago

A prime example of why this Villages class wine is on the rise. — 11 years ago
Started as a basic Rhone but really opened up into something a little richer over time. Very good. Mostly dry with just a hint of jammy sweetness. — 7 years ago

Maybe our favorite Sablet blanc. Certainly one of the best. Grenache blanc/Clairette/Bourboulenc/Rousanne. Very delicious and fresh. — 8 years ago

60% grenache and 40% syrah, very low yields (15 - 20 hl/ha). This organic estate goes from strength to strength and this 2016 is a beauty that outshines many a Chateauneuf-du-Pape at twice the price. Black fruit and spices, fresh acidity and noble tannin. Has complexity and very good length too. Terrific value at less than 18 euro. Highly recommended. — 7 years ago
