2011 gustabfullung trier-eitelabach an der ruwer . Green apple skin, candied ginger, lemon, white peaches, white flowers, pears, and hints of wet stones, guava, cherries, and so much more. Amazing integration. A finish that reminds me why I love this producer so much. Minerality shines on the palette. Needs more time. I wouldn't reopen for another five years. — 11 years ago

Off Dry on the palate with grapefruits, peaches, green apples, pineapples, minerals, almonds and light grass.

Medium bodied and medium finish with lime and some bitterness.

Clean feel on the mid palate and refreshing.

This Spatlese Riesling from Mosel, would be a Good spicy food pairing.
