Definitely a crowd pleasing wine. It's rare that I find a very traditional Champagne that I like. But this all Chardonnay has all the attributes of a very well produced wine. Happy to have discovered it on New Year's eve 2016.

This gives me a reason to go visit the Montagne de Reims finally. Previously all the Champagne wines I loved were from the South East corner of the region (with a few exceptions).

Beautiful bubbles, quite fine and just the right amount. The color shows without appearing fake. Great balance with a tendency toward a nice sweetness. The notes of apple mentioned by others are definitely there. This bottle had been dégorgé in late 2014. And I liked for a Brut more than I thought I would. Everyone else at the table did as well. It went very well with the Vanilla ice cream that topped our dessert. — 9 years ago
