Amazing Pinot Noir, got it all, raspberries, cherries some cinnamon, taste is hilarious delicious crunchy wine, no oak just spacy wine🇫🇷🙏 — 6 years ago
Blackberries, blueberry compote, tomato paste, mint, white pepper, charcuterie, game, musk. Rounded acidity/minimal smooth velvet tannin balance, light-medium bodied, juicy-silky texture, earthy smoky gamy finish. Rustic all the way, for those who appreciate the grittiness of natural non-interventionist wine. — 8 years ago
Black pepper jumps out of the glass backed by black currants, cloves and sweet tobacco. Undertones of earthy mushrooms & firm tannins made this an awesome match for black truffle pecorino. — 8 years ago
Delicious, would recommend. 😀 — 9 years ago
Probably one of the best pairings with seafood I've ever had. A sip feels like letting fresh brine lap up onto your tongue during low tide. Paired with sea urchin ravioli. — 9 years ago
Extremely primary and delicious , simpel as that, great experience. — 5 years ago
Brilliant and immaculate winemaking, subtle woodiness and creaminess in perfect balance with the acidities and super minerality. — 6 years ago
Bracing acidity yields after opening to delicate vanilla , butterscotch, and lemon curd. After a few hours it drank like a 1er Cru. — 8 years ago
Really enjoying Antoine's approach to winemaking style, the Rémi & Fils were solid, but a little to premox for my taste, amazing acidity, just the right amount of oak, can't imagine, but these can only get better. — 8 years ago
Give me buckets. Flint and melted butter acidified via glacier ice luge. Delicious. Thanks to Ralph at Hotel de Tourrel in Saint Remy. — 9 years ago
Very nice bubbles — 9 years ago
Not overly aromatic with muted orchard apples, some exotic fruit and a pinch of spice. On the palate this shows broad & rich fruit tightly wound around a core of mineral acidity. Poised & elegant with great purity & precision. Still very young and needs a bit of air, so will keep nicely for the next years.
A great Bourgogne Blanc that puts many Meursaults into shadow. — 5 years ago
Dirty minerals and bruised mango. Showed some nice tertiaries after some time. — 6 years ago
Crushed flowers on the nose gives way to a pleasant acidic mouthfeel of forest floor, minerals, and kitchen spices. Perhaps some sour cherry if pressed. Minimal oak, moderate tannin. Stood up well to lasagna roll-ups. Be patient and provide a half hour to open for the best experience. — 8 years ago
Why did Gamay say grapefruit? B-lime-y if I knew — 9 years ago
An aromatic and elegant #meursault with beautiful balance. The floral notes were subductive but quiet. A restrained and delicious #white #blanc #burgundy from #remijobard — 9 years ago

A touch reductive at first, light and juicy strawberry cranberry, very smooth and playful — 5 years ago
