The NV Joseph Perrier ‘Blanc de Blancs’ Champagne includes 15% reserve wine and was aged on the lees for five years prior to disgorgement. Bright lemon zest and crushed seashells mingle with Gravenstein apple and shades of nutmeg infused sourdough bread all parade on this beautiful bouquet. The palate is fresh and vibrant with wonderful verve and a soft texture. Kumquat zest infused Challah bread and a bright salinity combine with fresh Granny Smith apple and shades of marzipan on the palate. This has wonderful length as this beautiful ‘Blanc de Blancs’ will cellar well over the next eight to ten years. Drink 2020-2028- 92 — 5 years ago
A review for Tarlant Millesime L'Etincelante. 2002. Mostly Pinot Noir with small % of Meunier and Chard. Lemon curd, and bread dough. Juicy yellow apple and slightly strawberry. Medium+ acidity, finish, and intensity. — 6 years ago
Beautiful wine. Great taste and freshness — 6 years ago
$45 bottle; was much lighter than other CdP, more like a Pinot. — 7 years ago
Dark fruits, cherry, mushroom, a bit of oak. Should age well, great acidity and balance. Let it breath. — 7 years ago
Fortunate to have been gifted this bottle by a friend from this region in Italy. Gorgeous golden color, peach aromas and acidity that dances on the tongue. As expected, some RS but not over the top. A real treat! — 9 years ago
2014, très bon Champagne, — 6 years ago

Kir Royale, always reminds my wife and I of drinks at The Canny Mans in Edinburgh.....:-) — 7 years ago
2009 is wonderful right away.. Lovely peppery and deep cherry tones with dry finish.. Dennis's favorite and he even noticed the bottle in the train scene in Casino Royale movie! — 8 years ago
Ripe pear, pleasing aromatics. Drinking by a spring fire outdoors. It went down easy, like I was thirsty , but it was just a nice wine, good company, Sunday evening. I would drink this again. — 4 years ago
Woah. Where did this come from?! Amazing. — 5 years ago
At 8 years this tasted young at first and needed a good 4 days open in bottle with a stopper to fully open. Once open it was quite nice: good dark fruit, touch of earth, eucalyptus, and good black pepper spice. Carmenere is such a good grape. Yum. — 5 years ago
Tiny bubbles dancing on my tongue for a sweet treat! Tastes like grapes...concord like when you drank Welch's Sparkling Grape Juice as a kid. Slight tart cherry keep it from being too sweet. It's really just right :) — 6 years ago
Plenty of depth here. Rich and vibrant with a dark plum colour in the glass and black fruit on the nose. A lot of length in the palate with blackberry, a subtle smokiness and vanilla oak. Paired with a grilled pork chop at Royale in Calgary. Delicious. — 6 years ago
The smell of cherries is evident Doesn’t have an alcohol taste. No after taste has a thicker taste than what it looks like it would. Plus it’s kosher and can be used for Passover — 7 years ago
