Just opened and poured and tasted, the bouquet was strong dark fruit with floral notes. Still a dark red with no visible signs of being 10 years old. Full mouth, delicious, really impressive again! — 5 months ago
Baga normaal gesproken pas na 10jr te drinken. Deze gemaakt voor jong. Niepoort familie. Prachtige geparfumeerde geur. Doet denken aan Nebbiolo in de geur, smaak in line. — 7 months ago
Top value. Black dried plums. Grippy tannins. Good acid. Tar. Get more!! — 9 months ago
Fantastic, bday wine — 5 years ago
Very tasty aged Portuguese red. If I had it blind, I would guess Northern Spanish - Ribera del Duero or Rioja. Smooth and slightly musty/earthy from the age (got some cork crumbles). Opens pretty quickly, with concentrated red fruit and some blackberry. Pleasant tannic grip with a soft texture. Bold flavor throughout, big body (14.5% abv), some pepper and dry grass on a savory finish. Nice for a reasonable price. — 5 months ago
Spice, sausage, black cherry, pepper, higher tannins, similar to Merlot. Single varietal. Robert a Parker 92 points. 16 mo French oak. — 6 months ago

Good berry flavor. 100% best one I’ve had so far — 5 years ago
Super velvety, light to medium body but still very plump. Very long finish. Would drink! — 5 months ago
80 Old vines, 30 varieties, mainly tinta roriz, 16 months French oak. Robert Parker 93 points. Berry forward, high acid, field blends are the oldest vines, highest price points — 6 months ago
Deep Ruby with aromas of ripe black fruits and floral spice. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and plum with toasty oak and slight pepper spice. Firm tannins, medium finish ending with fruit and spice, nice value. Drink now no further aging benefit! — 2 years ago
Pretty smooth, oaky, blackberry juice and a vanilla finish. Love it — 3 years ago
Interesting red blend that features the Baga (85%) grape. Blended with Touriga National (15%). Very dark color but lighter in body than I would have expected. Bright and jammy red fruit aromas and flavors with hints of prunes and dark chocolate. Solid acidity and very long finish. Moderate finish and tannins. In a very good place right now. Thanks for sharing and insisting we open this one, Ron B! — 4 years ago
