My favorite gin to accompany tonic. Without a doubt more effervescent than hendrick's, but would recommend their dry gin for a gin martini. Very floral and delicious, little bit of spice. — 10 years ago

Less complex than Carpano Antica. This vermouth chinato has loads of dry orange peal, dark molasses and a hint of tamari. It is quite tasty. — 11 years ago
A gin for those who don't like gin. It has a crisp clean taste and is very refreshing. Great with ginger-ale or in a French 75. — 12 years ago

Great clarity of fruit, lip smacking acid, plenty of chalky mineral undertones. LBT was richly fruited and juicy in its fruit profile. This disgorgement showed a much more serious side of things, more postured and etched out. Still has all the life that PM brings but all dressed up for the party this time. I love this wine/producer and have never been disappointed. 100PM, 10/2016 disgorgement — 8 years ago
Отличная мягкая менее строгая чем белая,но хороша. Легкая ароматика дуба. Мягкий вкус с оттенком ванили. Изготовлен двойной дистиляцией — 10 years ago

Orange peel citrus spritzer with mint and crystalline honey notes couched in licorice/anise and unrefined sugar nose. Almost gingerbread.this little capuchin monkey drummed on my tongue with his voodoo thigh-bone until it's underside was ringed with sudsy bathtub botanicals.black licorice monkey milk, with citron eyes in vanilla merengue. Mouth tingling residues. — 12 years ago

So, not sure how to follow up on a night that included an incredible wine dinner featuring Ridge Vineyards... The jammy Zin's have left me looking for something a little sweeter (I have no Ridge in the house as alternative). So off to the wonderful land of pomegranate liqueur over ice. This is a dangerous bottle, hence it hasn't been cracked until tonight, I had to clean the dust off, but now it'll never make it back to the shelf...Seek and be rewarded! — 9 years ago
Nice clean sweeter American whiskey ...third one that night though — 9 years ago

Still present and elegant
fruit fading and unlike some 20 year old PM whites, just falling out. i can see the Burgundian features that want to emerge as a second life for the wine but cannot get traction — 11 years ago

Forgot to post these from the other day. Mark, Dan and I were able to enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the wine storage facility, and some unique stuff was opened, as always!
Don’t think I’ve ever had this PM Chardonnay. Great nose of salted popcorn kernel and the finish had a mineral & stone driven note. Hint of caramel too. Probably in its best drinking window. Thanks Dan. — 8 years ago
