NYE =‘s Krug Rosé. I can’t say I completely agree with what the Krug fireplace mantel suggests, but it’s certainly very delicately delicious and will put a guaranteed smile on your face! The mouthfeel is entirely feminine. The micro bubbles are unmistakable Krug and made with great precision. Fruits of; black raspberries, black cherry, cherries, watermelon mid way to the rhine, strawberries & understated citrus notes with pink grapefruit dominating the blend. The fruits are so restrained but are perfectly styled on the leaner side yet so ripe, juicy and delicious. There’s brioche but it comes fresh from the best of Parisian bakeries. Sea spray, minerality that is so soft & delicate, it’s hard to call it minerality. Krug Rosé reveals the very best, smooth, silky, velvety chalkiness that can be found on this planet. Pink roses/florals for days. Perfect acidity and a glorious, long, rich, beautiful finish that doesn’t end. If you enjoy wines that show pure elegance, perfect finesse and haven’t had Krug Rosé, treat yourself to a bottle or a split. The split may leave you wanting more. However, I can’t think of a better wine/way to celebrate the current year and bring in the next. Happy New Year all! May 2018 be peaceful, successful and spent with your family, best friends, prodigious wines and excellent food pairings! — 8 years ago

The first Orange Glou box. This was excellent. The color GLOWS. Orangey-pink. Gorgeous. First Sunday. Perhaps during Tenenbaums... — 6 years ago

A pale pink rose pedal meets lavender experience. A few years old produced an effervescence on the finish, which was medium acidity and light in body. — 8 years ago
Beautiful pink hue, bright, soft bubbles. Could drink every day — 8 years ago
My favorite style rosé. Not sweet. Not too tart. And I love the almost ballet slipper pink color instead of bubblegum pink. Staple in my home. — 9 years ago
If you want to drink something sweet that nearly doesn't taste like alcohol, this one is for you. The fizz also adds a dimension that got me. Can easily be a staple! — 9 years ago

Yummy, smooth, decently sweet flavor for wine with a fruity, acidic kick — 8 years ago
“Pink Crack”. Always tasty. — 8 years ago
Bright pink color with small bubbles and light mousse top. Light Berry fruit nose. The palate shows lively acidity and sweet raspberries and tart strawberry flavors. The wine has mineral tones on the finish. Hey, a nice Rose sparkler without breaking the bank. Tasting Sample. — 8 years ago
Light salmon pink, light bodied, not much aroma until it was in glass for about 30 minutes then some soft melon and strawberry, flavors much more pronounced than the nose. Strawberry, watermelon rind, medium/low acid but still balanced, dry and a little spritzy. — 9 years ago

Color is a beautiful, almost unnaturally reddish pink, cloudy and hazy. On the nose you get apple cider, watermelon, candied grapefruit and bubblegum. On the palate it's fairly dry with low acid and some of the notes on the nose are lost. It's mostly green apple, mango, peaches and some yeast. No funk from natural processes and incredibly refined for being unfiltered. On the finish you do get a bit of dried herbs. Pretty energetic bubbles like soda pop. — 4 years ago
