Light ruby color with some purple and brown mixed tone. Just a tiny hazy and essentially clear. Nose of sour cherries, berries like raspberries, and a bit cedar. Taste of refreshing acidic raspberry, sour cherries , spice like sage/clove, cola, and some roasted peppers note. Light but balanced. Aftertaste is a bit weak, dominated by the spice note, roasted pepper, a bit cola, and hickory note. Quite an interesting Bordeaux. — 9 years ago
I'd drink that. — 9 years ago
A very serious Bordeaux, a very balanced blend. Dark cherry and plum aromas, nice structure and body. Will improve more with time. — 9 years ago

Oh mygosh on a scale of one to pastille heaven I might rate this as an eight point nine plus, a few bonus unofficial point stops in a swamp of bramble and raspberry bush. A ripe swamp.,Love it. It could be I am a gamay nut but I dug this heartily. If I were eating steak? Oh no. Not even with a soy sauce-braised tempeh extravaganza. But for sipping, with a pal, with-let me recommend---a nice soft pretzel (welcome to my heavenly LA life) and YAS. That's the stuff — 8 years ago

Lingonberries, strawberries, leather and wooden tones. Impressive clarity of flavour. Like an autumn day in the woods bottled for my enjoyment. — 10 years ago
Wendie had this at French Louie in Brooklyn. Not too spicy and sweet but not too dry. — 11 years ago

72% CS, 26% M, 2% PV
Deep inky purple with sign of browning on the rim.
Lovely signature Lagrange Cabernet perfume but with serious complexity developing.
Structurally strong. Med plus bodied, med plus tannin. Creme de cassis, red cherry, seabreeze framed by polished nutty new oak
Waiting for things to fall into places. Right now this has all the potentials. 10 years minimum. 90+ — 8 years ago
