Brine and acid up front, floral honey in the finish. Very drinkable, great with citrus sauces for fish.

Lots of tropical fruit (Passion fruit, pineapple and hints of vanilla and honey suckle) on the nose .. bit bubbly ...acidic, fresh, lots of saltiness and minerality to almost briney... tart, sour and long peppery finish.. great with oysters ... but I am having grilled fish... still a happy pair!
