Really enjoyed this wine. I hadn’t had it in awhile since the price went up but when your local grocery store has it $10 off I’m All In!!! — 3 days ago

Domaine Paul Buisse

Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

Richer #touraine #sauvignonblanc - jasmine, dried white flower, hay aromas - delicious on the tongue, pleasing viscous texture from lees aging, honeysuckle, touch of orange marmalade and hints of white pepper on finish. Plenty of acidity framing the whole experience. Intriguing, complex #loirevalley white from Domaine Paul Buisse. Righteous QPR #costco wine. — 6 days ago

Bourgogne Chardonnay 2018

This needs an hour of air and to warm up. When cold, the wood note is pronounced. With time and warmth the wood note mostly integrates. Lemony with hints of honey and minerality. — 9 days ago

La Petite Chapelle Hermitage Syrah 1999

Needs hours for appreciation. Such a tightly wound wine after first decant has grown into a long finished well structured wine. Started off with almost imperceptible fruit. Smoke and wood and very black fruit introduced itself after the first hour. As impossible as it is, the acidity seemed to grow and develop over the hours. It eventually transformed into well developed flavors of blackberry, cassis, and loamy forest floor flavors. Truly an experience. — a day ago

Domaine des Terres Dorées (Jean-Paul Brun)

Fleurie Gamay 2020

Heavenly pairing with a massive ribeye steak on the grill. So good 🤤
The nose is made with cherry, hay, a tiny bit of leather too. The palate is super well made with a great acid drive, some superb cherry notes all along, a good width, some tiny carressing tannins that bring some complexity in the rear, there is a metalic, irony touch too giving way to an expanding palate with cherry and red berries. This is great! I love this

I am with Billy, where did you get this? Winery only wine? Just got my Fall allocation email. Haven’t seen a sparkling on any allocation to date.

Chablis Vieilles Vignes Chardonnay 2017

Intense, dry minerality. Like squeezing a lime onto some fresh cut limestone then licking it off. Delicious! — 17 days ago
