Fucking delicious. Rose hip, dried strawberry, grapefruit, watermelon, tangerine and dirt. — 8 years ago
Great balance between the yeasty, nutty aromas and apple, mineral notes. Super fine bubbles, creamy texture followed by a precise acidity that cleans everything up perfectly. Thinking I'll need a magnum of this for New Years... — 8 years ago
Not my favorite vintage of this wine but still great. — 3 years ago
WoW what a good one ! Mineral and fruity nose at once : lemon, white flowers, a bit of crushed rocks with too. Superb. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and some nice texture and grip all along. Lemon is there to play its part. Long finish with lemon and rocks. A sancerre that plays in the Chablis league ! Love it — 5 years ago

Big bottle for our big day! — 12 years ago
Base wine - 2011 vintage. Closed and rather linear, give it time and let it warm up. Brioche-baked sweet apple-spices accord. Lovely work. According to just-released statistics, more champagne was sold in Washington DC this weekend than over the past two years. We are in the other Washington but were happy to join in and our sigh of relief was certainly louder than the nun’s fart released on popping this. — 3 years ago
Round, supple, good mouth feel, targeted, small vineyard, but drinks like a big house champagne — 5 years ago

As Tom Cassagrande said, spot on Burgundy white. Lemon oil, wet stone, slightly closed/reduced and showing a bit more character on day 2, this is what I remember Bougogne balance of the late 90's and early 2000's to taste like. — 2 years ago
