This is a great bottle. Mineral drive, good cut, medium+ body. Just really good wine that most people sleep on — 2 years ago
Unique earthly wine with Greek island mineral taste. Most flavor is up front, best after the second or third sip. — 4 years ago

Uncomparable to anything I've drank before. Very savory and saline. Almost like drinking sea water. Acidity is medium. Not much on the citrus side but there are some almond notes. Interesting. — 7 years ago
Nykteri is a special style of Santorini Assyrtiko harvested at night. It is made more concentrated than your average Santorini Assyrtiko. Golden colour with dried spice, lemons, bruised apple, nuts, sea salt, ash with an insanely fresh finish. Assyrtiko in general reminds me of Riesling. This example feels rather Burgundian. Great stuff. — 7 months ago
Pale lemon color.
Aromas of lemon.
Dry. Flavors of lemon, salty, mineral.

Aroma of mango skin and passion fruit. Honeycomb and pine.
Medium to high acidity — it’s got a bite. Woke me up, even. Love the unctuous petrol-like afternote with a slight cheddar-ish kick. Botanicals on the undercurrent of pine and thyme. Thyme, this sings with thyme, unusually.
I like the dry quality of it, but I wish it had some texture or sweetness to balance the acidity. — 4 years ago
Oaky tangy tart. Very nice. Honeyed roundness up front but the acidity slices right through leaving a bit of minerality at the end. — 5 years ago
Our last Santorini wine.
Really liked it. From interesting new vineyard. — 6 years ago

In addition to the great old-vine and oxidative elements, we still enjoyed a fairly bracing Santorini assyriko acidity and even volcanic minerallity. Bought at the winery. — 4 years ago
Light, crisp and perfect for a hot day. — 6 years ago
My first experience with Aidini. Complex little grape. The wine was straw yellow and a tad hazy. A bit of sweetness like a Viognier but combined with the crisp saltiness of an Assyrtiko. I liked it. — 6 years ago
Brilliant lemony sea. Saltiness on the nose and tongue with hints of Apple. This is an excellent Assyrtiko! — 7 years ago

Dry, crisp, full bodied, medium acidity, blend of orange and olive oil bouquet, perfect paired with a simple, lemon-seasoned white fish (we had it with a grilled sea bass and lemon potatoes). — 7 months ago
