If I had rated this one the night I opened it, I would have given it a slightly lower score. At first, I caught aromas of leather and meat drippings and flavors of sundried tomatoes. A couple of nights later, the wine had opened up nicely and had more floral and spice aromas and flavors of red berries and earth. Needless to say, an interesting wine, indeed. Very Barossa style but Argentinian Malbec-Cabernet franc blend. Jammy, dark berries with liquorish with bit of tar. 20-30 seconds in length for this fruit 💣. Очень нежный аромат пороха, вулканические почвы чувствуются сразу, но очень нежно.
Во вкусе немного мяса, сырокопченая колбаса, кислотность высокая, по характеру похоже на что-то квашеное, есть пикантность. Очень минеральное, много пороха. Кислотность цитрусовая, строгая. Вино в целом очень аскетичное, как натянутая струна. Диапазон вкуса со временем не меняется.
Вино будет питься долго, а не одним глотком.

Выпил бы бутылку один, но лучше разделить с кем-то (боюсь только с Самвелом). — 4 years ago
