Easy drinking, did have a bit of sulfur that didn’t totally blow off. Some sediment at the bottom. Medium tannin, med acid, some red fruit and lots of spice. Lacking in big flavor. — 5 years ago

Bright acid. Would pair well with red sauces and cured meats. Medium body. Not super complex but would be a good supporting role for Italian inspired dishes. — 5 years ago
