Pali wines are excellent and this under $15 bottle packs so much. Great drinker. — 5 years ago
A Tuscan red wine strongly linked to its production area. Dark ruby red in appearance with a dense and compact body, like its scent that offers notes of incense and red fruits. Its main feature is precisely its scent, thanks to a complex and intriguing bouquet. It incorporates body and the right tannic boost to the taste. A blend of cleverly mixed Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Try it with game. — 8 years ago
Another Pinot I’ve had several btls of and somehow not yet rated….love this and I’m not sure I’ve had a wine this old in better shape…for that I credit the twist off cap. Very sparkly on opening but mellows quickly, excellent cherry fruit, just a touch acidic on the back end. I think another Loring connected producer — 3 years ago

A bold Pinot noir from the Santa Rita Hills at 14.8% vol — 6 years ago
Pali Cortado, around 80 yrs old from solera that used to belong to Gasper Florido. Single Cask, bottle December 2013. The aroma on this was incredible. The taste was the opposite from the nose. Smoke/burnt note with notable presence of walnuts. Preferred this over the 49. Great bottle to try. First time experiencing old sherry. — 8 years ago
Also drinking great. Had a Sweet Amalia’s — 3 years ago
Very unusual but you could smell and taste are the verities that make up the wine. A nice opening wine on a evening at our beach house. — 3 years ago

Very nice and a bit different. It’s a Rhone blending grape that Pali decided to bottle on its own. Seem to have some licorice, dark cherries and a bit of soy in the nose, very light with somewhat a short finish. A nice Beach House drinker for a warm evening. — 6 years ago
Good. Not favorite. May need some time. Compared to Pali Summit and preferred Summit. — 8 years ago
