Great hints of spice, mocha and chocolate. Enjoyed it so much I finished it and needed a second bottle! Haha — 8 years ago
One of the best Pinot Noirs I've had. Strong cherry flavors, bolder than most Pinots... — 9 years ago
One of my favorites. Big bold red. — 9 years ago
Lots of brett for one hour. Then super depth with lots of graphite. Still a lot of fruit. — 10 years ago

3L 1995 Shafer Hillside Select CS. Group dinner at Nmd. Probably should have decanted it longer than the hour we did. It was going through a really funky stage. Just very one-note and dull. — 7 years ago
I like this one. Not too sweet — 9 years ago

My reading speech for itself. I enjoy it very much — 11 years ago
One of our standards. — 12 years ago
So beautiful and clear in its purpose, titillating on the nose and fulfilling its promises beyond. Balanced and velvety dark red fruit, hints of black tea and cassis but all in a more Old than New World Gestalt. Lots of secondary stuff emerging you just want to sip it slowly. If anybody wonders how well these age, track one down, it’s so worth it. Kudos @Cathy Corison for making this distinctive and enduring bottle! — 7 years ago
Drinking with some serious wine lovers in Westchester. This one rocks as hard as the crust across the top. — 8 years ago
Just a special experience. The nose was powerful and dynamic evolving beautifully over 30 minutes. A smokey phase, a pine phase, and a strong floral phase. The palate was balanced and smooth. The fruit was dead but resembled fruit leather. Two bottles opened, one had grip left, the other didn't. #moutonrothschild #grandcruclassé #2ndgrowth #bordeaux #pauillac #1928 #ctbucklinwine — 8 years ago
One of the best US Sauvignon Blancs that I've had. — 10 years ago
Spicy, soily like the aroma of fresh dirt & chocolate sprinkles. I just enjoy this wine. — 10 years ago
I was a strict pinot grigio drinker and never used to enjoy red wines until I tried this one. — 12 years ago

It has been a great day hanging out with my love & best friend for Valentines Day. If I could give anyone young enough advise on selecting partner, marry your best friend you love. Greater degree of happiness & success. ❤️😍😘🥰
Love you Sofia and raise a glass of one of our favorite N/V Rosé Bubbles in celebration. Cheers! 🍾🥂
