Excellent, smooth from first sip. Purchased from Costco — 6 months ago
The winery’s entry level Sangiovese bottling. Aged 15 months in second-use French oak for 2020 vintage, it delivers a darker-fruited profile while preserving Sangiovese’s classic character. A versatile, crowd-pleasing choice and pairs especially well Northern Italian pasta dishes. — 10 months ago
I went to a wine store and taste tested this wine. I was told this wine paired well with pizza and they were right! Good luck! — 6 years ago
Fruitful, low acid and RS, great with a chill and a beautiful homemade pasta. — 8 years ago
Light garnet color with a dark ruby core., Aromas of ripe black fruit, asphalt and fresh herbs. Flavors of blackberries, black plums, black tea, black pepper and dark figs. Touch of mint on the medium-plus finish. Firm chalky tannins and nicely balanced acidity. Complex, elegant and flavorful. Thanks for opening, Chris B! — 4 months ago
No sulfur? No problem! So vibrant. The carbonic like Grenache notes really sing, and always love Nero d’Avola. Floral, violets, almost blue-fruited aromatics not unlike Northern Rhône, but then soft and supple tannins, Light-to medium bodied, just lovely. — 6 years ago
Schioppettino. Rustic, earthy funkiness. Blackberries, citrus pith, white pepper, brambles. Apparently rare in the US, from Fermented Grapes. — 6 years ago
Super smooth and a creamy buttery feel@on the tongue We had lamb and grouper and this bridged the gap wonderfully. — 4 months ago

Hubby had this one without me (!!). A cheap Italian blend for $13 but its quite delicious and complex. Interesting cider donut spice with cocoa and vanilla but also some basil and nutmeg. It’s a wild ride. Jealous that I missed it. — 4 months ago
