Zin heavy, vanilla. High alcohol content. Cherry. Oaky. Smooth. Dig it but don't love it. Good spicy finish, lingering. Well made. — 10 years ago

Easy to drink, my go to for a reasonably priced Chardonnay. Nice oaky-buttery finish. — 12 years ago
Drank with Todd, MR, and Janet at Key west. Clean, slight oaky buttery taste. Delicious. — 12 years ago
I don't care for oaky chards, but this one is buttery smooth and delicious — 12 years ago
After a long ABC period, I've revisited California Chardonnays. Although not a blockbuster, the bright straw-colored '11 Simi Chardonnay 'Sonoma County' refreshes with aromas of tropical pineapple, tangerine and stone fruits, accented by cream and oaky spice flavors. This well-balanced effort matched well with pork cutlets. — 13 years ago
Great Chardonnay! Very smooth and soft. Loved the oaky flavors. We broke out the 2006 for a special occasion. I am not typically a Chardonnay fan but really liked this one. — 11 years ago
This is astonishing. Beautiful and powerful with a smoky, oaky, black-fruity, spicy nose that won't quit. Palate is rich with loads of fruit, sweet vanilla oak, and a port-like quality. This wine has monastrell's blueberry, black fruit, iron tincture, and beef blood signature. Skip the steak and pair this with savory for foods for a fantastic contrast. Finish is long and playfully tasty. — 11 years ago
Oaky oaky oak. Dill and toast. Muted sour cherry. Would have liked to see a bit more fruit or earth, not JUST wood. — 12 years ago
Smooth and delightful. Warm oaky flavor. Could drink alone or paired with hearty and/or spicy foods. — 12 years ago
