Love it as much as Kathryn Hall 2010 cab. Gently sweet with subtle tannin, rich complex layered with a floral scent sensational nose, and incredibly smooth. Slight bit of tart cherry on the flavor. 97-100
Points by Robert Parker
More approachable, but no less impressive, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) looks gorgeous, and is probably the most complete wine in the lineup. Layered and rich, yet ultra-pure and elegant, it gives up classic creme de cassis, lead pencil shavings, licorice and liquid flower-like qualities to go with full-bodied richness and depth on the palate. Relatively civilized, yet with building tannin and richness, it should benefit from short-term cellaring and have two decades of longevity."- Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate (Issue #213, June 2014), 97 - 100 pt — 8 years ago
Very sexy...reminds me of a Washington cab, maybe from DuBrul. Now if only the Easter bunny would bring me a bottle of Le Dome — 10 years ago

Finally... these hills have gold!!!
@Trattoria Il Leccio Sant'Angelo in Colle.
Small place, Big wine list.
Asked for recommendation.... blown away.
Age and alcohol showing in clear-gold-garnet rim. A beautiful cherry nose, with a hint of anise (but not licorice!). Stand by for more...
Rounded out beautifully, very soft silky tannins. Spectacular.

Sold this bottle for $170. my guest asked for a great CA Cab. Blend that needed to paired great with both Australian Wagyu and Japanese Wagyu. 🔱
77% Cabernet Sauvignon
12% Merlot
11% Cabernet Franc
91 points with Robert Parker, " It's a medium to full-bodied, supple, pure and balanced effort that offers lots of toasted spice, cedar, tobacco leaf and cassis-like aromas and flavors. Showing hints of chalky minerality and plenty of tannin on the finish, it will have 10-12+ years of longevity."

I love tig- 2001 shot let’s try the 2005. This is on the back nine but not shot. Fruit fading a bit and some of that barnyard funk. Touch of mineral and tobacco — 6 years ago
