I love this absolutely smashing wine. Elegant, balanced and wonderfully harmonious. Melon, baked apple, pineapple with lemon drizzle cake. Buttery hazelnuts, toast and caramelised banana.

Continuing my love affair with New Zealand Chardonnays even if only a glass with 6 Pacific Oysters fresh from Port Douglas at lunch today. Pale Lemon in colour Leesy Lemon Citrus aromas with traces of vanilla oak. More fulsome on the palate than the nose would indicate. Very Good. At Gerard’s Bistro Brisbane. — 5 years ago

Lovely Pinot, showing tension and restraint. Delicate red berry fruits, as well as some savoury elements and a hint of oak sweetness. elegant tannin structure and balanced acidity that really holds the wine together. Excellent wine which will undoubtedly improve with age. — 7 years ago
