This is my last of 4 bottles of this gold medal winner. PV is what Jefferson specializes in and this one still sings as beautiful with 6+ years of aging — 3 years ago
Vanilla and cherry nose. Great light tannin finish. Best cab in VA besides RdV. — 4 years ago

This Virginia Cabernet Sauvignon is surprisingly good! Big cherry and vanilla (cream soda) aromas and flavors. Hints of dried herbs and green pepper (not overwhelming) on the finish. Balanced acidity and smooth tannins. Was not expecting much from a Virginia Cab (Bottle claims Estate Grown from the Monticello AVA) but this wine is well made. An extremely pleasant surprise. — 5 years ago
Pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed! — 6 years ago
Bright tropical fruit notes with solid acidity but "softer" than a NZ Sauv Blanc — 7 years ago
One of finest vintage yrs for this estate, as evidenced by the OPULENTLY RICH PV component. Jeffersons terroir and taste of place are evident in this bottle… Think somewhere in between Paso Robles Cab and Rhône GSM. - very unique finish. Delish and a real value! $28 at Wegs — 2 years ago
Soft tannins with notes of cherry but not much on the finish. — 4 years ago

Bold. Beautiful. Delicious. — 3 years ago
This is a nice and light Cabernet Franc from Virginia. Showing red and blue fruits with earth, honeysuckle, chocolates, oak, vegetables and spices.
Light ruby in color with medium intensity.
Very pretty nose, sweet and flowery.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Good right out of the bottle., light and airy. Would be nice to revisit it in a couple of years.
A good food wine that I paired with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses olive crackers.
12% alcohol by volume.
89 points.

Loved this. Subtle Spice. Velvety texture, soft. Touch of cinnamon. Berries, maybe currant. Went great with our Christmas rib eye roast. — 5 years ago
