Nez effectivement de brûlé à l ouverture puis on bascule sur des fruits rouges murs type cerise burlat , les tanins ont encore besoin de se fondre — 9 years ago

A fresh, mineral-driven nose with notes of wild flowers and touches of citrus and pear. The palate is very dry with ripe, full acidity. Lush, round flavors of crunchy pear and lemon zest lead to deep stony notes. The wine finishes a touch fruity and juicy with long, ripe acidity and a touch of earthiness. A wonderful pairing for good cheeses. — 9 years ago
