A fresh, mineral-driven nose with notes of wild flowers and touches of citrus and pear. The palate is very dry with ripe, full acidity. Lush, round flavors of crunchy pear and lemon zest lead to deep stony notes. The wine finishes a touch fruity and juicy with long, ripe acidity and a touch of earthiness. Really great fruit purity. Definitely young but damp earth, cherry and cured meat were well defined. Palate was elegant and toned. 4-5 years would do this well. — 8 years ago
