Nice bit of RS sweetness going on. No thinking, summer day booze — 11 years ago
There r no values in the bcldb system. Why is govt in the booze business.? That said this is one damn delicious Chianti riserva at a modest price. — 11 years ago
Structured, crunchy, fresh, juicy. Booze q little high but eminently drinkable. Commando G does it again. — 11 years ago
Licorice, meat, soy sauce, marinara on the nose, and a deep dark fruit flavor with lots of booze, a creamy mouthfeel, and notes of figs, blackberry and spice. Needs at least an hour to open up, preferably 2-4. Another jammy and delicious 2009 Rhone. — 11 years ago
Yucky day. Great booze.

12.5% booze, about $30, sample. This is the wine that made me want to do what I do for a living. — 12 years ago
Great small producer from barbaresco, farming just two vineyards. This is declassified fruit from the two vineyards. Just good booze. — 12 years ago
more mornington booze. the Aussies down there doing it light. sassy cherry nose with hints of rhubarb stalk. palate lithe lively and electro groovy. go mike! — 13 years ago
2010 Very good on the nose. Fruity, a bit a booze. Color, a deep red with a bit of rust. Nicely colored. Some sediment in the glass. Initial taste, great. Bold, red and blue fruits, viscous, not too acidic at all. Love it. — 10 years ago
All the juicy goodness I want from a Zinfandel--intensely flavored, medium bodied with lots of acid to lift and brighten it. A long finish of rich, ripe blueberry and blackberry flavor is the real joy, so take your time and savor! Though the booze really does compete a bit; you know you're sipping a powerful wine. — 11 years ago

12.5% booze, about $20, sample. 2011 vintage. Fucking gorgeous. — 12 years ago
13.5% booze, about $20, purchased. Juicy and peppery, and really well-balanced. Played with kielbasa really well. — 12 years ago
Dark berries, earth, (and a little too much booze). Very tasty mountain fruit. — 12 years ago

A #Malbec from #SouthAustralia by Duane Coates, owner & #winemaker of #coateswines. Twisted the #screwcap on this 2012 #RobeVineyard #malbec for dins. Cheers Duane & thanks for the very good #booze! It has a generous nose, with dark red & black #cherry notes tethered to a #palate that is sumptuous & savoury, the latter something found in every #wine he makes. Love the #savouriness, #acidity & gripping #tannin structure of his #redwine offerings. — 11 years ago

We drank it soon after a transport, so the wine was a bit closed and in-expressive. And way too young. But still signs of glory that will come. Rich dried fruit, earth and olive. Fuller body and booze, plenty of fruit to age. Look forward to drinking the one I stowed away years down the road. — 11 years ago
12.5% booze, about $18, purchased. This shit is on point. — 12 years ago
11.5% booze, $19 on wine-searcher, sample. Just lovely. Honeyed and spicy, but subtle and with nice acidity to hold it together. — 12 years ago
Awesome. Precisely what I want from Italian white wine. 12.5% booze, about $13, sample. — 12 years ago
This is a crazy awesome wine. I bought it out of their garage about 6 years ago. Clearly there's some booze on the nose due to 14.7%. But the palate is layered with dried strawberry and rhubarb with a hint of milk chocolate. Gentle and beautiful structure. Wow — 13 years ago
Delicious, scrummy rosé from the old booze cruise!! — 13 years ago
