Excellent with loupe and pasta. Well worth the price. — 3 years ago
Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with hints of oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish. Very Nice! — 3 years ago
Oak butter, olive, green apple smell, taste has a really tart acidic bite, meatiness that creates a complex full linger of the described flavors — 5 years ago
This is 100% gascon! And 100% pure love. Amazing. — 6 years ago
Piuze makes fantastic Chablis, so perhaps not surprising how much value his sparkling wine brings. Much more detail & incisive focus than 17$ should be; very dry on palate, with small red berry essences & very balanced. This beats up Cremants at the same price point, & then some. — 10 months ago

Tried a sample at a wine tasting bar in store. Very pleasant - not aged in oak which I prefer. — 6 years ago

The first time I had a Vacqueyras. We had it with a dinner of lamb chops and miniature potatoes. It is pleasantly tart, a little dry. Notes of dark cherry, tobacco. — 6 months ago

2010 Vintage. 12.5% Alcohol. Good acidity and flinty minerality. Best at cellar temp or slightly warmer. Good to go, don’t think this is going to improve much with further cellaring. — 6 years ago
