So subtle - dried orange peel, potpourri and creamed corn - a delight, thank Hugh — 7 years ago
Great, slightly sweet taste! A notch less than Johnny Walker Black Label! Had it with ice & a little bit of water! — 7 years ago
Toffee and brown sugar, almost candied fruits. Mid-palette to the finish is a bit one dimensional, but a great go-to bourbon. — 8 years ago
I tried this right out of the bottle and was a little worried - super tight and one dimensional - but after two hours open it was singing and I was smiling. The nose has a more savory profile but the palate is full of bright red fruits with crushed gravel on the finish. Super smooth - the fruit and spice from the Grenache keeps the gaminess/savory flavors of the Syrah in check while the Mourvèdre adds richness. Helen Keplinger is a genius when it comes to these new world “old world blends” - I have yet to have one from her that hasn’t been fantastic. — 8 years ago
Beautiful bourbon, nice amount of oak, brown sugar, vanilla and easy to drink. — 6 years ago

@Bill Bender Wish you and the remainder of the 🍷Wine Nerd Herd🍷 were here right now! This baby is going down so ever so smoothly! You would really dig it! And so would they!!! — 8 years ago

Creamy smooth with incredible nice finish. One of the best I have ever had. For the price however I would take Michters 20 — 8 years ago
This is just ridiculous. Act 7. Tastes of deep figs/plums up front as if grandma just baked a pie in your mouth. Finished smooth with a tiny bit of spice and more jams that make you want to cry. More of this please. — 6 years ago

Golden amber color. Briny, diluted iodine, smoky, red fruit, floral and herbal notes on the nose. Warm mouthfeel. Hints of sherry and stewed fruits on the palate. — 5 years ago
