A fresh, mineral-driven nose with notes of wild flowers and touches of citrus and pear. The palate is very dry with ripe, full acidity. Lush, round flavors of crunchy pear and lemon zest lead to deep stony notes. The wine finishes a touch fruity and juicy with long, ripe acidity and a touch of earthiness. This wine is a real treat! Marcel Deiss a magician - always an experience to discover how the Alsace wine will show itself, as the winegrower mixes the grapes. This wine had a lovely golden colour and a refreshing smell with a dominant apricot smell, just an impression of honey. Excellent balance. Off-dry. Interesting. — 10 years ago
