The palate shows pear, melon and fresh herbal notes with a touch of white pepper, blanched almond , lemon pith on the finish. Ok length with balanced alcohol . Quite rich and generous , firm gritty tannins , touch of alcohol warmth noticeable . Good balanced acidity . Showing pretty young still , s bit rustic in style , showing the warmth of the vintage . Needs a bit more time , better in 3–5 years and will last well a further 5-8 — 10 months ago
