Popped and poured; no formal notes. This is a step up in complexity with a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The Syrah plays a heavy role and sets the tone for color and aromatics which is dark purple and olive and black pepper respectively. The fruit is more mixed brambles with some licorice and baking spices. This is made with the estates’ younger vines and it certainly has a youthful energy about it. — 8 months ago

Popped and poured; consumed over an hour. The 2018 Nostros Blend is an interesting combination of Rhône varieties. A GSM with a touch of Roussanne. The wine pours a deep garnet color with medium+ viscosity; faint staining of tears. On the nose, a combination of ripe and stewed red, black and blue fruits, oiled leather ball glove, black pepper, olive tapenade, salmiakki, tomato leaf, dry rocky minerals and just a hint of warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium (+?) tannin, medium acid. Alcohol is medium + but comes across a touch hot. Finish is long and spicy. My favorite red so far from Manousakis. Should drink well through the end of the decade. I can sense Laurence Féraud’s hand on this ❤️ — 8 months ago
Клубника со сливками, шоколад, супер баланс, темные ягоды, кислая ежевика. Отличный аналог южной Роны. — 7 years ago
Popped and poured; consumed over an hour with a few friends. The 2022 Nostos, Roussanne pours a deep straw color with medium+ viscosity. No signs of particles were gas. On the nose, the wine is very expressive. Notes of peach cup, lemon verbena, honeydew, marshmallows, white lilies, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium acid and medium+ alcohol. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and mineral driven. There is an oily texture too which gives the richness I expect from Roussanne. One of, my favorite examples of the variety in a while. Very well done. Could drink now or hold for 10+ years. — 8 months ago
Popped and poured; no formal notes. The wine is light ruby with abundant ripe red bramble fruits, bruised strawberry, warm spices. The structure is basically medium; medium tannin and medium acid. Not the most complex Grenache out there but it gives me a lot of Southern Rhone vibes. Tasty. — 8 months ago
