Salty, meaty, medium bodied, pretty fun — 7 years ago
Randomly had a glass at a bar, piqued my interest. Visited the winery and fell in love. This is a wonderful central coast Pinot with more balance, body, and flavor than I’ve had in that region. The reserve Pinots are even better! — 7 years ago
This Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir, from the Dierberg Vineyard in northern Santa Barbara County, is medium-dark in the glass. It brings aromas of earthy raspberry and black cherry, with coffee grounds and a heavy mineral angle. On the palate, it has a boatload of acidity and tannins, with dark berry flavors and hints of black tea. It's a huge Pinot, probably a bit brawnier than my taste likes, but still has an elegant side. It is unapologetic in its California-ness, even from a cool-climate region like the SMV. — 8 years ago

Nice new California style Chardonnay from exciting region in Santa Barbara....made from extra grapes of four vineyards sites which are used in all single vineyards line...great layered complexity ...clean crisp fruit but subtle cereal notes and finishes lingers with a salinity ...nice!! — 6 years ago

Very unique cider. It is tart and complex and beautiful. The mouthfeel is amazing, and as it opens up the flavors really come out. Definitely tastes like apple, but in a way you could never imagine. — 8 years ago
