Cinnamon attack, fine grained tannin. Lucious oak is robust at first and lingers. Juniper berry, thyme, Asian pear appears after 90 mins. After 2 hours in the decanter bright cherry gives way to goji berry, mid palate while showing good weight. Oak tannin finding its place while oak flavor continues to linger at lower intensity. Not bad for such a soft vintage at 7 years! — 10 years ago
