Cherry with a ruby color. Earthy and old world tasting. Smells like a wet morning in the woods, mushroomy. Delicious finish. Loved it. Drank in the virtual Petit Phillipe Lioco tasting on May 29, 2020 — 6 years ago

Solid, yummy, easy drinking. Good with fennel tuna strozzapreti on a Saturday in quarantine. — 6 years ago
Dense, inky, and lush. Brambly dark fruit and just a bit of herbaceousness. This is a bigger Pinot that should keep improving for a while. — 9 years ago
Really only comes alive with fatty foods or cheeses. Drank at a Lioco tasting at a friend’s place and we agreed that, on its own it’s too closed up and austere, but blossoms with food! — 2 years ago
Pale pink/orange color, medium, slightly oily body with a prominent floral nose, with notes of orange blossom, slight baking notes and mandarin citrus, with a somewhat deep, underlying funk hidden in the background. Palate has prominent citrus, slightly underripe lemon and acidity from the start, with a slightly creamy finish with hints of watermelon rind and a subtle minerality that stays with you on a lingering finish. It’s very good, but I don’t know if it’s for all that often. — 4 years ago

Wow. Softened the next day. Hints of Creamy oak. SB dominates. Reminiscent of great white Bordeaux — 6 years ago
Extraordinary Chardonnay. No oak/butter, beautiful fruit and just a little spice. I need more. — 8 years ago
Just what I want in a great Sonoma coastal Pinot. Not too heavy, or ripe. Well balanced with a seductive texture and Asian spice infused balanced fruit component. — 9 years ago

Prototypical Sonoma Chard: greenish straw color, musk melon, orchard fruit and some spicy oaky buttery goodness on nose & palate - paired with/Cantonese, not my first choice but also good before & after — 10 months ago
