Sarah dominant blend, with some Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. At 15.5% very high in alcohol, but not too big or hot, but quite nimble and well balanced.  Delicious blue fruit with that linger on the pallet.  — 3 months ago

It had been awhile since I’ve had a Lewis. More than 10 years. Reminiscent of my previous Lewis Experiences. Good not great.

Pork Belly Mole Taco was good. It would have better if the mole sauce didn’t overpower the Pork Belly so much.

At Pebble Beach Food & Wine 2025.

The ticket to this event has a pretty big price tag. But when you consider what a Napa etc. tasting or two and lunch would cost you, you are pretty much there and there is so much more than that. It ends up having great value. It’s wine, spirits and food candy land. — 2 months ago

A decently made 22 Cabernet. To be fair, it was a hard follow after the Memento Mori.

Drinks reasonable well now but I would drink it no later than 2032.
