2005 vintage on De 20, 2017 at Sun River, OR with skillet roasted lemon chicken (Ina Garten). Tasted alongside a 1999 Raptor Ridge Shea Vineyard to compare and contrast. Elegant and mature C-d-Pape at the peak of its life. Fully developed with a lot of great life left but also no need to wait to drink. This why we love C-d-Pape. Bought at K&L wine auction in 2017. — 9 years ago
Tons of lemon/lime on the nose frost sips has almost. Viscous unctuous mouth feel. Vegetable characteristics on the palate include zucchini honeyed peas — 9 years ago

Tropical jam, elderflower, a couple of bubbles. Makes one dance and flail and trip and slip and laugh. This is Cinderella wine - you feel like an elegant princess even though you showed up in a pumpkin and ran around with only one shoe on and you talk to mice. — 9 years ago
Complex. Very. Max minerals, flowers, fresh cotton sheets. Gedditinya. — 10 years ago
