Interesting but a little too funky for me. Not that I didn’t finish my glass (or two)... — 7 years ago
2014. Not the most expressive of Puffeney I've enjoyed. — 8 years ago
Un Bourgogne dune finesse incroyable. 1990. — 6 years ago
Whoa nelly. So glad to have found this in the back of the fridge. Oxidation folded in; an old cheese of a wine. And bright. Friend of Indian food! — 8 years ago
Great stone fruit flavors. Touch of oak on the finish — 9 years ago
Baby. Tight red fruit. Going to be great. — 10 years ago
Another interesting wine from Rosenthal. 2010 vintage...Slightly oxidized, with resin and medicinal / herbal notes, but crisp and delicious — 11 years ago

2021/4. I feel like de Villaine’s Chardonnays have a bit more depth and savor than they did a decade ago - and they were certainly good then. This was lovely, with lots of fresh fruit and acidity but some sneaky stone, butter and hazelnut lurking. — 4 years ago
