Deep garnet color, thick (not filtered, not glued) Beautiful evolved notes - red fruits, licorice, pomegranate, and many shades between undergrowth, spices etc. developing during tasting. A Loire wine that has magnificently endured 18 years in cellar and needs to take the time to open.

Robe grenat profonde, épaisse (non filtrée, non collée) Belles notes évoluées - fruits rouges, réglisse, grenade, et nombreuses nuances entres sous-bois, épices etc. se développant en cours de dégustation. Great value for the price. Very fresh, crisp, dry wine with green apples and grapefruit notes. Pleasant acidity, not as „stingy” as usually Picpoul is. Perfect companion to simple spaghetti with olive oil, pizza with white sauce or any friend who just steps by to talk about summer vacations in the South of France. — 5 years ago

Goodness the value of a value Merlot based bottle of tastiness. Purpley it is. But it isn’t just purple drapes, there is a pot of hot spiced tea bubbling and someone is puffing a cigar just outside the window. Where are you looking to through this wine window? At your friends. @Delectable Wine This is a VDF from the Moselle in France. Winemaker is Remi Gauthier. This is 100% Pinot Noir. Slamming nose. Cherry cola, big big cherries, licorice, mineral and even ripe strawberry. Super aromatic and wonderful. Unique as well. So juicy and ripen with ample lip smacking mid season cherry fruit and wonderful acidity and freshness. Terrific purity and freshness. Impressive length and so so well made. — 7 years ago

Bu au Clos des Sens sur l’heure du lunch. Température d’environ 35c... le vin s’est beaucoup mieux livré au début. Un Poyeux assez costaud, moins en finesse sur ce millésime qui n’a pas beaucoup d’acidité. On sent le poivron mais c’est un vin plus sur le côté floral et sur les fruits rouges... légèrement confit sur 2006. Une finale extrêmement longue. — 8 years ago
