Lovely, petite red Burgundy from Beaune. Nose: strawberry, moss, grass stems; palate: tart raspberries, minerals, light carbonation; finish: warm and tender but reminds me of Robitussin cherry. Paired well with Thai fried rice!

Youthful ruby color fading to watermelon pink on the rim; tart red fruits and mossy dank earth, enough funkiness to be mistaken for a Jura blend. Pretty kickass for generic Burg Rouge
