Stunningly pretty wine. Nose of preserved lemon, honey, yarrow, and ripe apricot. Flavors of stewed yellow pear, apricots, with a hint of butterscotch, gorgeously acidic and long on the finish. Perfect with seafood and probably a range of dishes.

Beautifully dry Chenin. Classic rubber tire finish on the nose; green and yellow fruits on the palate; lots of rocks. Not too complex for everyday drinking but not too simplistic for some contemplation.
