100% Sémillon from Bergerac, of ‘Cyrano de’ fame. Very fresh Loire-style rendition. Medium-bodied with pecan, bread, apple with nice acid. Grapes are organic - hand-picked and pressed into stainless steel on the lees . Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulfur. 12% abv. I did not see a vintage but I believe this is a 2018. — 4 years ago
