This is one top Cab franc from Italy. Acidity is well balanced with de fruit, just anough strength to add a texture that can fit meat. Awesome wine — 8 years ago
Good balance of fruit, tannins, and acid. Nice depth. 2010 — 8 years ago
Celebrated Lauren's 16th birthday in Paris with this terrific grower champagne! Lots of crisp apple flavour - a really great drink. — 8 years ago
Simple day one , picked up a lot of complexity day two. — 9 years ago
This is a special champagne. Aged so gracefully. In a 2nd maturation phase that is getting the caramel flavors out. I should have bought a lot more. This is worth every penny if you can find it. — 3 years ago

Concentrated dark fig, black berries with hint of fresh basil aromas. Smells like pretty high alcohol. Med body med p acid. Very soft tannin(moderate)Med p intensity. Fresh acidity that makes mouth watery. Soft texture, med plus finish of hint of black pepper and tabacco with hint of black currant. Drunk with salumi plate of friuli-prosciutto san daniele, pancetta...complex wine that haas lot of spectrum of food pairing. — 10 years ago

Really fresh, yeasty, with steel, lemons and good definition. A lot of promise. Young — 6 years ago
Some banging Pinot Bianco. Had a white pepper thing on the finish which was really cool. — 7 years ago
The Perrins of Chateau de Beaucastel and Robert Haas, their importer since 1970, founded Tablas Creek Vineyard in 1990. They chose their 1600-foot elevation site in West Paso Robles' Las Tablas because of its chalky clay soils and its climate similar to the southern Rhone Valley. A blend of 40% Mourvedre, 28% Syrah, 22% Grenache &10% Counoise. Complex aromas with dried red fruits on the palate, spicy notes with sweet cacao. Smoky savory tannins, great balance on lingering finish. Give it a few years. Nice! — 8 years ago
From Mag. Mature... a hint of apple and sherry but not too much. On the palate broad and slightly lush with settled acidity and decent length. Given this is s mag, it's probably worth checking in on these as their time may soon be up, but for drinking right now- very good — 8 years ago

On the downside while still maintaining great effervescence. Honeyed citrus, pollen, and hazelnuts. Takes on more oxidative Sherry notes as it sits in the glass. Delicate. — 3 years ago
