Local wine shop has me on this Corsican kick lately for which I am thankful. This wine is deep and intense with dark complexity and a moody dried fruits and herbs combo. — 8 years ago
Excellent - Marche - my italian friends — 7 days ago
Big wine, big fruit, mineral vein, pronounced freshness
A good grip, fairly long and in a balance
Potential to age
Unfortunately 600 grotte(600 caves) has disappeared
I believe this is the last vintage produced
600 are the caves in Chiaromonte where traditionally people would age wine, cheese or cured meats..beautiful part of the world — 4 years ago
This wine is slightly frizzante upon pouring, the purple bubbles dissipating quickly. A whiff reveals fragrant, ripe cherries and concord grapes. The palate is soft and round, full of fresh fruit, a touch of earth and some tingly acidity. Complexity is not the issue here, as it might be with other Lambruscos. This is an extremely drinkable and food-friendly wine. A true bargain. — 4 months ago

Very light, delicious, fruity, but not too sweet — 9 years ago

2016. Sour cherry, earth, leather, and a hint of VA. Paired perfectly with local charcuterie and the final round of the Masters. — 19 days ago
