Always a banger! With home made osso buco and went in the pot too. Stone fruit, lemon, acid bready mineral veg bell pepper — 2 months ago
Found this 2010 Portfolio buried deep in my cellar. Sightly past it’s peak but drinking beautifully. Needs time to open up. Rich and deep with dark cherry, blackberry and spice flavours it paired nicely with a New York Strip roast. A delicious wine from a great vintage — 3 years ago
Low yield production that’s hard to come by. For anyone that’s visited laughing stock you can appreciate this wine with the unique process of fermentation. Vibrant aromas and deep rich color with a silky palate. Last bottle 😞 — 4 years ago

A nose of fresh, cool melon without too much sugar or underripe tanginess in either direction. On the tongue is fairly thick with a bit of honeysuckle and light ginger, very smooth and viscous with a bit of Black beech honey on the tongue. — a day ago
