The alcohol is strong, but so is the tannins. Some fruity sweetness, dark chocolate, tobacco maybe. Definitely pepper finish.

Still lovin’ D’Arenberg. Classic shiraz- wild blackberries and pepper/spice. Hard to put down. Up to the challenge of hanging with grilled steaks and roasted root veggies.
