very surprised about this 2016 Primitivo, not a big fan of Primitivo in general, but this one is quite have on fruit flavors and is quite substantial, a little heavy on alc., but nice at the end of the meal — 7 years ago
The best Vermentino in Sardinia. Perfumed on the nose and with deep mineral structure. Comes from very pretty place — 8 years ago
1999 vendemmia in 2016 was still strong robust fruit, spice and tannin and no sign of fading. Everything all the other comments state are true and then some. — 9 years ago

I do not drink often sweet wines, but this made quite an impression on me. Every fruity and smooth. Most importantly no headache the day after. Trully recommend when near Bologna. — 6 years ago
The best of these rival Champagne for pure quality, without a doubt. I particularly love this 100% Chardonnay displaying intense minerality and beautiful, soft effervescence (Satén= less than 5 atmospheres pressure). Blossoms, stone fruit, hint of brioche. Wonderfully composed, pure and complex vintage blend. — 7 years ago

Wide shoulders, perfect acidity, and still delicate. Amazing! Was paired with a Baby Octopus Spicy Tomato Stew and Sardinian Flatbread — 9 years ago
Vendemmia 11.
Took a while to open up into succulent cherries, marasca, poutpurri, cracked pepper, liquorice, young leather.
Palate in balance, drinks like a Nebb, with a tad less tannins.
Mineral, elegant. Probably just reaching his peek. — 10 years ago
Very nice. Low acid, done in some French oak. You could even drink it without food. — 6 years ago
Grillo grape, not Nero Avola — 7 years ago
Zafferano, sale, profondità e spessore. Vendemmia 2013 assaggiata il 22-07 -17 alla faccia di chi sostiene che il Custoza andrebbe bevuto in annata. — 8 years ago
Rich, almost pruned plum flavor, bouquet of red berry notes, soft tannins that fill the mouth. Pleasant aftertaste, resonant lingering experience. (Vendemmia 2013) — 9 years ago
Bella vendemmia, teso e fine — 9 years ago
Amazing. Long finish, intense, complex, not overly sweet. — 10 years ago

Went to this winery in Bolgheri for ‘vendemmia per il bimbi’ and then enjoyed a bottle during a yummy lunch afterwards. — 6 years ago
