Label says 6/10 sweet, I don’t think i would like anything else sweeter but this one is quite nice! A little bubbly, it’s nice — 5 years ago
Crisp, clean Pinot blend. — 6 years ago
Local distributor no longer carrying Red Cat by Hazlitt Vineyards, this was recommended as a suitable substitute. I have to agree with the recommendation. — 8 years ago
Light peach flavor and not too dry. Tastes more like an Asti or a Prosecca. — 10 years ago
Red Blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Blackberry and ripe red fruit with notes of truffles and spice. One of the most beautiful wine bottles in my collection. — 10 years ago
This one starts with a fun bouquet that includes some notes of char and brûlée, some leather shop, earthy woods, and drying tobacco aromas, some herbal spice like mint and rosemary, and some tart cranberry and raspberry red fruits. The palate keeps things simple and easy, with juicy cranberry and chewy red cherries and hints of smokiness and vanilla, with a medium-short finish. This grape doesn’t seem to have the tannins and phenolics to balance out the charred wood, but overall it’s a solid value that reminds me of a Brunello di Montalcino I had a while back that was about five times the price. It’s a great food wine that goes well with fresh and simple Italian dishes like plain cheese pizza and pasta with marinara. Organic and vegan for anyone interested in that. — 4 years ago
Amazing sweet and crisp — 6 years ago
Looks like another über-opaque stout, black with tinges of brown, except up top where a rush of micro bubbles made a ton of macros that left a pretty, light-caramel colored flattop; orange tints. Short streaked and spotted lacing. Dark chocolate covered peanut butter, mocha, black cherry jam thumbprint cookies, grilled pepper steak, fresh toffee. Frankly, the list could go on forever. Aromatic acrobatics. Luxardo cherries under dark chocolate, aged balsamic complexity (think: 40 year), dark, barebones strong coffee with one sugar, Christmas figgy pudding, Barolo chinato, gingerbread, ginger beer, molasses, chocolate bitters. Clove finish delivers on the dry. Amazed as ever with this brewery’s offerings. The profiles scare the hell out of me, but the beers are always sublime. — 6 years ago

Nice balance of sweet and acidity. Nice small bubbles. — 9 years ago
I love it. Not too sweet. I enjoyed the bubbles . I can see this as one of my favorite summer wines. — 10 years ago
This pale yellow wine has a fragrant nose with some grassy, herbal notes, although not as grassy as the Tiare. There is a nice floral element and some tropical fruit, too. The palate shows a great Sauvignon Blanc flavor profile - citrus, minerals, herbs - and an acidity which is pleasant enough without getting too crazy. I sometimes find Sauvignon to be a little much on the palate for my taste, but that is not the case with the Turriano. It is a very nice sip and wonderful match for rice or pasta dishes, especially those with an herbal flair to them. BTW, this wine is Friuli DOC. — 5 years ago
