When properly chilled this is a perfectly respectable sparkling wine under $20. Dry, with plenty of bubbles and a strong peach presence that screams artificial. When served warm, the peach flavor which otherwise is very enjoyable (especially in a mimosa), turns sour and harsh in an unpleasant way.

Light peach flavor and not too dry. Tastes more like an Asti or a Prosecca.
