This is probably my favorite CdR of the year. Intense fruit up front with kirsch accents and a clean and warm vanilla finish. I will buy this again. — 8 years ago
Velvety with a big mouthfeel, hunts of citrus, vanilla, honey, luscious — 8 years ago
Commence à bien se goûter, sur les fruits rouges un peu cuits, les épices. On sent bien le mourvedre. Très digeste, aucune lourdeur solaire,. Gros potentiel. — 9 years ago
Most expensive worn in the menu but not as good as the previous one! — 6 years ago
Had this in a Sazerac; smooth, maple syrup on the nose, made the Sazerac smoother than the rye whiskey version. — 7 years ago
Excellent red. Strong but smooth. — 8 years ago
Great fruit condition, bright and fresh and vibrant and all the things you want in red juice. The ripe quality translates from nose to palate and right now that's what I want. A little confected, a little spice. This wine feels like it's quenching my thirst but it's doing the opposite. Young and fun and optimistic and liberal minded. Reminds me of a skincare model with a symmetrical face and a natural glow and you want to not love her because she's too perfect but you can't help it, no one can, she's just too loveable!🍓🍒🍰 — 9 years ago
A fine rose. I'm not a fan of rose wine but this has showed me a different pallet/side to it.
Dry, light and delightful. — 9 years ago
Very young, quite wound up, needed 3 days before being open for business. Great harmony of whole cluster and extraction, rustic and complex. You really cannot go wrong with la famille Chastain! — 6 years ago

Very young as of August 2018. Should be a whole lot more ready in a year. Best at cool room temperature as with reds. — 8 years ago
