Medium bodied and good freshness, crushed fresh red and black fruit with good persistence and good structure.
Predicador spends only 3-4 months in bottle before release. 90k bottles of production which is more than usual in 2013 because they used most of of the production because of poor vintage conditions and did not make anything above the Cueva wine.
96% Tempranillo, 2% grenacha, 1% each Mazuelo & Gracias, 12 mos used oak barrel aging

In Seville, so trying this locally grown tempranillo. Small batch with 12 months in chestnut barrels .. full bodied, fleshy black/red fruits with woody spice, a bit of aniseed, ripe (on the sweeter end of the scale), good length and grunty drying tannin. The components seem good but as a whole not so sure (perhaps it’s the chestnut ..)

Surprisingly light, was expecting a thick dessert wine styke but it was refreshing and balanced — 7 years ago

This would have been a great turkey day wine, but we drank it. Spicy & delicious, gulpable weight. — 10 years ago

Slightly effervescent on the start, grapefruit and raspberry, a very chewy rosé with tons of body. — 10 years ago
Smooth with a delectable smooth palate. Highly recommended and will certainly acquire a box for home.
